Last updated: August 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy is the privacy notice for High Purity Labs México in connection with HighPurityLabs.MX. It explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain personal data in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable requirements.

Responsible party and contact

High Purity Labs México is responsible for the processing described in this notice. Questions, privacy requests, and requests to exercise data-protection rights may be sent to info@highpuritylabs.mx.

Personal data we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery information, account credentials, age or eligibility confirmations, order and payment-status information, customer-service communications, tax or invoicing information you choose to provide, and technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, cookies, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.

We do not intentionally request medical records or other sensitive personal data. Please do not send health information or information about intended human or veterinary use.

Primary purposes

We use personal data as necessary to operate HighPurityLabs.MX, create and administer accounts, verify age and research eligibility, review and fulfill orders, confirm payments, provide support, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain security, comply with legal and accounting obligations, enforce our terms, and communicate important service or policy updates.

Secondary purposes and marketing

With your consent where required, we may use your contact information for newsletters, product announcements, promotions, surveys, or analytics that are not essential to an order. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a message or emailing info@highpuritylabs.mx. Opting out of marketing does not stop operational communications about an account or order.

Legal grounds and consent

We process data with your consent, to perform or prepare a transaction you request, to comply with law, and for legitimate operational and security purposes permitted by Mexican law. Where express consent is required, we will request it through an appropriate notice or control.

Service providers and transfers

We may share data with hosting, ecommerce, payment, fraud-prevention, analytics, email, customer-support, accounting, and delivery providers acting on our instructions; with advisers bound by confidentiality; with competent authorities when legally required; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of business assets. Some providers may process data outside Mexico. We require appropriate safeguards and use data only for the disclosed purposes. We will obtain consent for other transfers when Mexican law requires it.

Cookies and similar technologies

HighPurityLabs.MX uses essential cookies for site operation, security, language preferences, accounts, and carts, and may use optional analytics or marketing technologies where enabled. You can control non-essential cookies through available site controls or browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may affect site functions.

ARCO rights, revocation, and limits on use

Subject to Mexican law, you may request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data, cancellation when appropriate, or opposition to certain processing (ARCO rights). You may also revoke consent or ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your data.

Send a request to info@highpuritylabs.mx with your name, contact method, relationship with us, the right you wish to exercise, a clear description of the data involved, and information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. We will respond within the periods and under the procedures established by applicable Mexican law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the lawful reason.

Retention and security

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and enforcement. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

The site is intended only for persons 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Third-party services

Links or integrations operated by third parties are governed by their own privacy notices. We are not responsible for their independent practices.

Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The current version and effective date will be posted on HighPurityLabs.MX. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.

Authority

If you believe your data-protection rights have been violated, you may contact the competent Mexican data-protection authority or pursue any remedy available under applicable law.
