Return Policy

This policy applies to purchases from High Purity Labs México through HighPurityLabs.MX. It is intended to protect product integrity while honoring all mandatory rights and remedies available under Mexican consumer-protection law.

Before fulfillment

You may request cancellation before an order has entered fulfillment. Contact info@highpuritylabs.mx as soon as possible with your order number. If fulfillment has already begun, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible, but any non-waivable statutory right remains available.

Change of mind and sealed products

Because research materials require controlled handling and chain-of-custody integrity, we generally cannot restock products after shipment or accept a change-of-mind return once a tamper-evident seal has been broken. This restriction does not apply when a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, mislabeled, materially different from its description, or when Mexican law grants a right that cannot be waived.

Damaged, incorrect, or nonconforming orders

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially nonconforming, contact us within 7 calendar days when reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging if available. Do not discard the item or packaging until we provide instructions.

Review and available remedies

We will review the claim and may request reasonable information needed to verify it. When a claim is approved, the available remedy may include replacement, correction, cancellation, refund, or any bonus or compensation required by Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law. We will not require the return of a product when doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.

Statutory cancellation or revocation rights

If a remote-sale cancellation, revocation, warranty, or other remedy applies under Mexican law, High Purity Labs México will honor it within the legally required period and conditions. Nothing in this policy reduces a right that cannot be waived by contract.

Refunds

Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider. We will provide confirmation when the refund is initiated and comply with any shorter or specific period required by law.

Unauthorized use

We cannot accept a return or provide a remedy for damage caused after delivery by misuse, improper storage, contamination, unauthorized use, or use outside the stated laboratory and research purpose, except where Mexican law requires otherwise.

How to request help

Email info@highpuritylabs.mx with your order number and a clear description of the request. Consumers may also exercise applicable rights before the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO) or another competent authority.
