Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases from High Purity Labs México through HighPurityLabs.MX. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right available under Mexican consumer-protection law.

Research-use products only

All products are offered solely for laboratory, analytical, or research purposes. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, clinical use, compounding, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.

Regulatory status

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product, no statement or product on HighPurityLabs.MX should be understood as evaluated, approved, authorized, registered, or endorsed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or Mexico’s Comisión Federal para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios (COFEPRIS).

Eligibility and customer responsibility

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher or laboratory purchaser. You are responsible for determining whether acquisition, possession, storage, handling, transfer, and use are lawful and appropriate for your institution and location, and for complying with all applicable Mexican federal, state, and local requirements.

No medical advice

High Purity Labs México does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, treatment protocols, compounding instructions, or patient-use recommendations. Site content is provided only for product identification, research documentation, and general information.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices shown on HighPurityLabs.MX are in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless clearly stated otherwise. Orders are subject to availability, eligibility and compliance review, acceptance, and payment confirmation. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before accepting an order. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed before order confirmation where required.

Product information

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, specifications, and analytical documentation. Minor variations may occur between batches. A certificate of analysis or other documentation does not change the stated research-only purpose of a product.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues, compliance review, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and remedies

Returns, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy and applicable Mexican law. Our policies do not exclude remedies or compensation that cannot lawfully be waived.

Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false eligibility information, resell products for prohibited uses, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use products outside their stated research-only purpose.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to High Purity Labs México and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without written permission, except where the law permits.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Mexican law, High Purity Labs México is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, improper storage or handling, unauthorized use, or use outside the stated purpose. This limitation does not apply to liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Mexican data-protection law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. Consumers may exercise their rights before the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO) or any other competent authority. Any contractual venue provision is subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
